Samantha with Shimmer and Shine has cleaned our home a few times now, and we’ve been extremely pleased every time. She’s very professional, dependable, and thorough. She doesn’t just rush through the job—you can tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to the details. Another huge plus for us is that she’s great with our pets, which means a lot when you’re having someone work in your home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sam and her team! My son had just moved into a house in Tuscaloosa, and when we arrived, we were shocked by how dirty it had been left. Sam and her team came to the rescue and did an absolutely amazing job. They arrived right on time, worked incredibly hard, and were thorough from start to finish. They completely transformed the house so my son and his friends could actually feel comfortable moving in. Sam was professional, dependable, and clearly takes pride in her work. We were so grateful for how quickly she was able to help us and for the care she and her team put into the job. Sam and her crew have been cleaning our home for over 3 years and we could not be more satisfied!  They are thorough and thoughtful in their cleaning and they always confirm exactly what is needed ir required.  They are flexible in their approach depending our input.  The quality of the work is top notch.  They dust, make beds, vacuum, mop floors, deep clean bathrooms and the kitchen and put away items instead if just clean around things.  Sam charges a fair price and provides excellent, reliable service week in and week out.  She has also accommodated on demand cleaning between normal schedules for special events.
